Subdural Hematoma & Dialysis

Hello! My name is Alvin and I am diagnosed with subacute subdural hematoma due to a recent injury in my head because of a motor vehicular accident. I am also a dialysis patient with Chronic Kidney Disease secondary to Hypertension. I am currently confined in the hospital because of decreased sensorium 2 days ago due to the hematoma in my head. I have already signed a waiver to refuse operation for my (subdural hematoma) because of financial constraints and the risk that I will not survive the operation because my condition is not well and I need hemodialysis treatment 3x a week to continue to survive.

i am starting this campaign to be able to pay for my hospital bills and pay for my dialysis treatments. I have a 3 year old daughter who is constantly looking for me and is the sweetest little girl. I am dedicated to spend more days with her even if I already know what my fate in the future will be. My daughter also has kawasaki disease and a small hole in her heart that we continue to monitor with 2d echocardiogram every 3 months.
