Hello, I am a struggling student in need of extra help from kind-hearted people who are willing to offer support to someone like me. Due to financial hardship, I am currently unable to continue my studies. The job I have only covers our household bills and food expenses—there’s nothing left to save for even a budget laptop and other things, essential for research and academic work. My dream is to become a clinical psychologist someday. I have a clear vision of my future: I will earn my bachelor’s degree, take the psychometrician licensure exam so I can find work, and then pursue a master’s degree to become a licensed psychologist. I know this path will take time, but I believe it will all be worth it—with your support, I can make this dream a reality. The reason I want to pursue psychology stems from my personal experiences. I have grown up around individuals who suffer from mental illness, particularly depression and schizophrenia. Walking on eggshells became part of daily life, and yet it awakened a deep desire in me to seek understanding. I want to help others navigate the complexities of these mental health conditions and support the families affected by them. I also have a strong passion for research. Combining this interest with my desire to follow a career in psychology, I hope to contribute meaningfully to the field and share valuable knowledge with others—if given the opportunity.
