Hello, everyone! I am Joseph Allan Fajardo, a 47-year-old Filipino, a solo-parent of 2 boys who are still studying in college and a breadwinner taking care of my 78-year old mother. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized and was placed in an Intensive Care Unit a month ago. I was diagnosed with CKD5 and currently undergoing dialysis three (3) times a week. Currently, I am employed in an online work-from-home setup and working in graveyard shift where it is also not good for my health. But I have no choice and need to keep my job for my medical needs, education for my 2 sons, maintenance medicines for my mother and other essential needs. I would wish to extend my life for my sons by undergoing dialysis and hopefully to undergo a kidney transplant. I know that these endeavors entail expensive financial responsibility. This is the sole reason why I made an account to help and assist me in this journey in my life, and hopefully give me a second chance to live and spend it with my loved ones. The funds that will be generated in this account will support my medical needs and savings for a possible kidney transplant.
