Help me with medicines and steroids

I am asking help for my medicines and steroid for my ear problem. The surgery was because it is a government hospital but I have to shoulder the steroids and medicines. It will cost me 3,000 pesos per injection and I need 5 injections. I am broke right now because I am supporting my sister who had a stroke. Please I am humbly asking for help.
